This is reflected in a license of De Nederlansche Bank.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-concept7-container has-blue-lighter-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"container py-18 lg:py-30 max-w-screen-md\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-4\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-concept7-typography prose lg:prose-xl  prose-base lg:prose-lg\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Official payment institution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 4 October 2012, PayPro has the license to operate as&nbsp;<a href=\"\/en\/payment-service-provider\/\">payment service provider<\/a>. Since then, your customers can pay online in a simple way through PayPro. This license means that PayPro is a payment institution which is under the permanent supervision of De Nederlansche Bank and the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-concept7-typography prose lg:prose-xl  prose-base lg:prose-lg\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fulfilment of risk management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>That PayPro has this license, means that we showed to have complied with certain rules of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht) (Wft). But also to the rules of the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act (Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme) (Wwft). These rules include, among others, rules for risk management regarding integrity, finance and privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-concept7-typography prose lg:prose-xl  prose-base lg:prose-lg\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intermediary payment services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The license was granted by De Nederlansche Bank, based on the European Directive payment services (2007\/64\/EC). It is prohibited to offer payment services without a license.
