PayPro not only offers you the easiest payment software with powerful functionalities, but at the same time is a payment service provider licensed by the The Nederlandsche Bank. This sets PayPro apart from other payment software. After all, PayPro offers innovative and secure payment solutions, without the need to link with an external payment service provider for the actual processing of, for example, an iDEAL transaction. Your received payments can be managed directly from PayPro and disbursed to your bank account. This makes using PayPro a breeze!

As a payment service provider, PayPro, like other payment service providers, charges a transaction fee per transaction. After all, processing an iDEAL transaction, for example, involves costs. We charge these to you, just like any other payment service provider. However, the subscription price of the Advanced and Professional packages never changes, no matter how many transactions you have processed. Unlimited really is unlimited!

You export the SEPA batch file from the software or tool in which you manage your customers and their outstanding invoices. Think of an accounting program or membership records. This .xml file complies with SEPA standards and can be uploaded directly into your PayPro account. We will then initiate the collections. Don’t have a .xml SEPA file and want to import a .csv file? That is certainly possible! Please contact our support department (support@paypro.nl) after you have opened an account. Then we will help you further.

After you have exported a SEPA Batch from the software or tool you use, you can upload the file from your PayPro account. In the left menu you will find the link to the ‘SEPA batch importer’. Then all you have to do is upload the batch file. Within a few days, the collections will be credited to your PayPro balance. You can have this balance transferred to your business account.

You don’t need a collection contract with PayPro, unlike with traditional banks, to collect customers via SEPA batches. All you need is an approved PayPro account. We will review your request for a PayPro account within 1 business day.

SEPA batches are based on the Payment Initiation (PAIN) xml file format. This format is uniform within the European Union. The SEPA batch you can export from your software or tool will therefore comply with it. Don’t have a .xml SEPA file? Would you like to import a .csv file? That is certainly possible! Please contact our support department (support@paypro.nl) after you have registered an account. Then we will help you further.

No, you can include an unlimited number of direct debits in one SEPA batch file.
